Gemma gave me a treatment on a cold windy night and she made it so much better! I came out of the treatment feeling ever so relaxed and as if I was walking on air - the bad weather could not even hit me! I first saw Gemma for Reflexology about 8 years ago when I was trying to conceive. Her approach is so relaxing and engaging that I continued to have regular sessions with her. She put me at ease very quickly and clearly knows her way confidently around the reflexes. More recently I've had sessions with Gemma to address some chronic pain I've experienced... although clinically I can't prove a link between the improvement in my symptons and the treatment I received from her, I do feel thoroughly relaxed generally better after a reflexology session.
